Alpine Valley Music Theatre is excited to welcome headliners Creed and Nickelback to the stage, along with a host of many other amazing acts, for the Summer of ‘99 and Beyond Festival taking place right here in East Troy this Summer on July 18th and 19th.
Nickelback, the four piece band that hails from Alberta Canada, is no stranger to the limelight and ultimate stardom. They are synonymous with rock culture and pop rock, and have topped Billboard charts across the world. They have sold more than 75 million albums worldwide, and have been named one of the top 10 best rock bands of all time. And as of 2023, they also sport a spot in the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. To see this band is a right of passage in any young rocker’s life, and to see them with a host over other greats is just too good to pass up.
Creed is an American band formed in Florida who is known for their post grunge approach to rock music and their domination over the early 2000s alt metal scene. Their first three albums have gone multi platinum and diamond status, and they’ve sold over 50 million copies of their records worldwide. They have toured the world multiple times, and a few years ago the band reformed to work on new material and tour the world all over again. They have come back with vengeance - hitting new age demographics with songs going viral on TikTok, and entering the Billboard Hot 100 all over again with 4 different songs over the last year. Creed is here to stay, once again - and that’s why seeing them this summer in Alpine will be so special.
